These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website operated by 5C Designs Ltd (“we,” “us,” or “our”) through GoDaddy (the “Site”). By accessing or using our Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders if product information has been incorrectly published, including prices and promotions.
All products are subject to availability.

Payment must be made in full before goods are dispatched.
We use trusted third-party payment processors to handle transactions securely.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on location and circumstances beyond our control.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.

5. Returns & Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in accordance with our Returns Policy. Please make sure you contact us to discuss your product and the request for return before returning it. The cost of carriage to return the goods will be paid for by the person returning the items.
Refunds will only be issued once the returned item has been received in its original condition and if previously agreed by 5C Designs Ltd in writing.

Return and Refund Policy

A Return and Refund policy usually consists of:

Terms of return - please contact 5C Designs by email hello@5CDesigns.com within 24 hours of receipt of goods if for whatever reason you are not satisfied with the item(s) you have received. We will always try and make things right as soon as possible and are happy to discuss the issues with the customer to resolve any issues.
State of return - returned items will only be accepted with prior agreement of 5C Designs Ltd. Returned goods must be received in their original condition and in their original packaging. The cost of carriage for the return is the responsibility of the purchaser unless otherwise agreed.
Reason for return - we are unable to accept returns where the reason is a change of mind. Damaged items are available for return - please contact us first. We will ask for photographs of the goods and original packaging. We send items by Royal Mail tracked 48 as standard and a photograph of the delivery is provided to us by Royal Mail.
Process for return - we aim to process all returns as swiftly as possible after the goods are received by us, once agreed, we aim to process the refund within 24 hours ( Monday to Friday).
Process of refund - refunds will be made back to the original payment method. Whilst ever 5C Designs Ltd will process the refund as stated, the time taken for the refund to be received is at the discretion of the third party payment company. Please refer to their terms and conditions for timescales.
